The information provided is handled through a reputable third-party service provider for the purpose of order fulfillment and credit card verification. All credit card information is stored on a secure server.
We also collect information using technology in order to provide you with the best experience possible. We use Google Analytics, which collects data such as how often users visit our site, what pages they visit when they do so, how long a page is viewed, and from what site they were directed to www.wisdomexperience.org. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our site and marketing materials, and no personally identifiable information is collected. We also use pixels and cookies, which allow us to recognize you and provide you with recommended content and advertisements that are best catered to your interests. Access to Wisdom Academy courses
Wisdom Academy courses can be purchased on a one-off basis or accessed via a Wisdom Experience membership. (For more on access via the Wisdom Experience, please see below or click here.) When purchased on a one-off basis, Wisdom Academy courses include lifetime access to course materials. In the Wisdom Academy, “Lifetime” refers to each product’s lifetime, not to the lifetime of the customer. While Wisdom’s intention is to make these products available for long-term use, it may become necessary to end the “lifetime” of any single product, group of products, or of this service.
Wisdom Experience Membership
By becoming a member of the Wisdom Experience, you agree to be automatically charged every year by Wisdom for your annual membership, or every month for a monthly membership. We will let you know in advance when we are going to charge you for your annual renewal. You may cancel your membership at any time; however, in order to receive a refund you need to cancel within the allotted time frame. For monthly memberships there are no refunds. For annual memberships, you have two weeks from your purchase or renewal date to request a refund.
In-Depth members can enroll in two courses from the Wisdom Experience Course Catalog at a time, for a total of four a year. When you complete a course, you can email support[@]wisdompubs.org and request your next course. If you start, but do not complete a course, and wish to enroll in a new course the incomplete course will be counted as one of your four for the year. In-Depth members will retain access to all completed courses for as long as they are an In-Depth member. The Wisdom Experience Course Catalog is made up of a selection of Wisdom Academy Courses. Newly released courses from Wisdom Academy are not included in the offering for In-depth members.
