Donagh Coleman is a Finnish-Irish-American filmmaker with degrees in Philosophy and Psychology and Music and Media Technologies from Trinity College Dublin, and a MA in Asian Studies from UC Berkeley. Donagh had directed radio documentaries and worked for Finnish broadcaster YLE News as a TV journalist. He is the director of Tukdam: Between Worlds which explores the meditative state of tukdam. His films have been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art and the Rubin Museum of Art in New York. He is currently studying to complete a PhD in medical anthropology at UC Berkely. Other works include A Gesar Bard’s Tale and Stone Pastures.
